PMO-CP and P3O

I'm trying to figure out the best way to size up the PMO-CP and P3O frameworks. Basically, I want to see where each one shines and where it could be better.
 
I think this depends on your org's goals. I worked on this last year while setting up a PMO for a tech company. PMO-CP was great for getting the basics in place. P3O helped us think bigger and connect projects to overall goals. If you're growing or handling lots of programs, P3O is super useful.
 
Yeah, I agree PMO-CP leans more toward the certification angle with structured processes, while P3O gives you a broader operating model to plug into different org setups
