Bringing AI on board as a team member

I've been exploring ways to integrate AI into our project workflow, and it's wild to think of it as an actual team member rather than just a tool. From task tracking to drafting updates and even suggesting solutions, there's a lot it can do. Still trying to figure out how best to fit it in for max productivity
I'm interested in hearing how others are using AI in their projects, lets talk about AI in project management

I think it's a great idea. one tip from me is to use AI to draft communications, but train it first.
Give it a few examples of your past project updates, team emails, and stakeholder reports.
You can even tell it your preferred tone (e.g., "professional but a little informal").
This way, when you ask it to draft a new update, the output will be much more tailored to your specific project and voice, saving you tons of time on editing
