Migration planning for enterprise clients

I'm looking for a solid migration and change management plan template. My company is a SaaS business, and we need to move our enterprise clients in the real estate sector from their current CRM to our new one. I'm trying to find a good project plan to help manage this process smoothly. It can be tough to handle all the different moving parts of a big migration. What resources or templates have you found helpful for client migrations and what are some of the biggest challenges you've faced with a project like this?

Check out how youre using the CRM now like the fields, workflows, who's using what. Then, decide what youll move over. Also figure out who needs to be involved (teams, clients, and any outside help) Last, nail down the goals by keeping the data clean, get people using it, and keep downtime low
