Need CPMAI Templates!

I just passed the PMI-CPMAI exam, and now I'm jumping straight into running an AI program.
I'm trying to make my life easier by leveraging any existing CPMAI templates for the methodology phases.

We all know Phase IV, Model Development, needs that deep dive documentation (algorithm, initial hyperparameter decisions, modeling assumptions, etc.).
Does anyone have a good reference or link for the official CPMAI Workbook or comprehensive phase templates? I saw talk about a lengthy, detailed workbook when I was studying, and I'd love to get my hands on that structure to formalize our project documentation.

For those who use the CPMAI framework, what software or tool (like Jira, Confluence, etc.) do you find works best for implementing and tracking all the required documentation and iterative loops?
Any help finding these resources would be awesome!

Nice, congratulations on passing the PMI-CPMAI exam! That's a strong start to running your AI program. There's a downloadable workbook that comes with the official PMI-CPMAI Exam Prep Course. That's the detailed structure you remember. PMI also provides a comprehensive AI Governance Plan for Project Management template. Since CPMAI is methodology-focused, you'll need to adapt an industry Model Card to capture the technical details and map them to these governance requirements.

Most teams I've seen use a combination of Jira and Confluence. Wrike and ClickUp are also great options. The main goal is to pick a tool that ensures a single source of truth and a clean handoff from Model Developmen into Model Operationalization. Good luck!

Official CPMAI workbook is only available through cognilytica’s training/membership, so there’s no public download I'm aware of anyway

Hey @jack l33, congrats on passing the exam! From what I’ve seen, the official CPMAI workbook is only through Cognilytica’s training. For tracking and documentation, Jira + Confluence works well together. Keeps everything centralized and easy to hand off between phases.

What kind of AI projects are you planning to run first?
