Anyone here work in a service-based company (not focused on software or product dev) using Agile or Scrum? I am curious to know how it's been working for you outside of the typical tech world

We use Agile. It's very good for the team honestly we are able to communicate really quickly and conveniently. I'm doing marketing by the way. It's not tech related, just parts of it.

Great! Agile seems super adaptable beyond tech, I would love to know how you tailor Agile practices for your team's needs

Interesting question, has anyone here implemented agile in service industries? would love to hear about your experiences and what challenges you've run into
