Hi everyone,

I’m curious about your experience with Agile project management. Which tools do you use for Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches, and which ones have given your team the best results?

How do these tools affect team collaboration, workflow, and overall productivity in real projects?

Looking forward to your insights and recommendations

Hey @marcin scholke, Alan here. For Scrum and Kanban, we’ve had good results with Jira and Trello. Jira for tracking sprints and dependencies, Trello for lightweight task boards. Both really help with visibility and keeping the team on the same page.

Curious, what size team are you running these projects with?
