No seriously, the amount of time we spend wordsmithing a perfect, detailed charter only for the scope to be functionally rewritten by week four, nahh pure insanity. We treat the charter like the ten commandments, but in reality, 90% of the true project definition happens in those early intense stakeholder meetings and the first few weeks of execution hehe
