How do you actually disconnect after work?

Alright, real talk, how many of us are checking emails at 9pm or thinking about projects when you should be relaxing? as an admin, of course I mange projects myself and I still struggle with shutting it off. Stakeholder messages at weird hours and my partner keeps reminding me that I'm still at work even when I'm home.
