Having remote workers seems to have some benefits, but I'm new to this, so I'm not sure how to approach this. I'm trying to keep or even increase productivity in my team which inclused remote and on site employees. I'm sure many of you worked with these kinds of teams before, so I'm looking for any insight you can give me

Clear communication is your north star. Have you thought about specific tools you might want to use for comms and task management? That's often the first step in making a hybrid team work like a well oiled machine.

And just to add, it's good to set clear expectations and metrics. Define what productive is for both remote and on-site roles. it's best to focus on outcomes and results, not just hours logged or visible presence.

Ah, I get what you mean. it's really a learning curve at first! I agree with everyone here, keep clear communication and I guess setting shared goals and making sure remote peeps feel just as in the loop as onsite ones will work. Are you using any tools yet for tracking tasks or team chats?
