What project management skills actually matter for the next generation?

Been thinking about what we're passing down to people just starting out in PM roles

What actually matters now seems to be more about navigating ambiguity, communicating across distributed teams, and adapting quickly when plans fall apart. The tools change every few years anyway, but the ability to keep people aligned and moving forward when everything's chaos? I think its safe to say that's the skill.

Wondering if future PMs will even recognize what we do today as project management, or if it'll evolve into something completely different, remote work is already changing the game. What do you think the next generation of PMs will need most?
