Noticed an interesting side effect of recording everything, my teams have gotten way more hesitant to workshop problems during calls. People used to throw out half baked ideas, talk through options messily and land on a solution. Now I noticed there's this awareness that everything's being captured and might get reviewed later, so conversations are more cautious.
The recordings are great for people who missed the call or need to reference decisions anyway, if I'm not wrong, some of the best project breakthroughs used to come from messy back and forth that probably looked chaotic if you weren't in the room, that energy is harder to find now

Why not turn off recording for brainstorming sessions and then turn it back on when you're locking in decisions.
