I think we all know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed at work. It's honestly been chaotic at mine lately.. I started doing yoga on my own, just following some classes on YouTube to make me feel grounded. So far it's helped me but I'm curious to know what you are doing to regain control. I don't mean like dealing with out-of-scope work or improving communication between project members, stakeholders etc. Like what are your personal strategies to stay centered and maintain focus during overwhelming moments? I'm really keen to get other ideas!

Work's been hectic for me too, I've been using deep breathing, short walks, and journaling during breaks, it helps clear my head and reset. Yoga's a great start!

I totally get that, when things start piling up, do you try to carve out specific quiet time for yourself each day, or do you lean more on physical routines like yoga or walking?

For me time blocking has been doing wonders and helped me through some massive projects. Also, I'd focus on finding things that can help me cope with the stress, yoga, hiking, shooting, whatever floats your boat

I've discovered that taking short meditation breaks with noise-canceling headphones works wonders, just five minutes can quickly help clear your mind and lighten stress
