Hey everyone, I've built an AI assistant MVP to support Agile teams, it automates JIRA tasks, summarizes Slack and GitHub, generates reports, and gives team performance tips. For project managers, adding real time risk alerts based on task delays or blockers could be really good Also, integrating a smart prioritization system that suggests what to tackle next based on deadlines and dependencies would save tons of time

It would be great if it could automatically compare the current JIRA backlog against a defined baseline (like the sprint goal, or the original project scope document). Flag tickets added mid sprint or those that represent significant scope creep based on keyword analysis of ticket descriptions or comments

I like the focus on comparing against a baseline! That's where the real value is for a PM.
I probably wanna add: what if it didn't just flag the tickets, but also generated a quick Scope Drift Report showing the estimated hours/points added since the start of the sprint, and automatically @mentioned the Scrum Master or PM to review? That turns data into an actionable process step

Yeah, PMs usually love anything that saves time on status updates and decision making, I can attest. Integrations with calendars or capacity planning tools can make it more than just a summary bot and lest I forget, giving it some configurability so teams can change what it tracks is a big plus too
