Three projects sharing same senior developer

Our only senior backend developer just got assigned to three different projects simultaneously because apparently she has the expertise everyone needs meanwhile, each project manager was told their project is the priority. She's now attending seven different standups per week, context switching between codebases constantly, and her actual development time has dropped to maybe three hours a day after all the meetings. Every project is falling behind, but leadership won't acknowledge that spreading one person across three critical projects isn't resource allocation, it's resource destruction
I raised this in last week's portfolio review and was told to coordinate better with the other PMs, look we're coordinating fine. The problem is there's literally not enough hours in the day for her to do quality work across three projects
How can I successfully push back against this kind of thing? I'm tired of watching talented people get burned out because leadership refuses to make hard prioritization decisions

Lol leadership says everything is priority which really means nothing is priority. The worst part is by the time they realize she's burned out, she'll probably be looking for another job. I've seen that happen too many times but anyway, good luck pushing back on this

Document exactly how much delay each project is experiencing because of the split focus, translate that into cost or missed opportunity, and present it as is
And honestly, if they still won't budge after that, start updating your project timelines to reflect reality and let them explain to stakeholders why everything is slipping

Sad to read because it's such a predictable disaster, leadership s supposed to make the hard prioritization decisions, maybe one needs to escalate the data in these situations
