Man, nobody talks about how lonely being a PM can be. I feel like I live between two worlds. I'm not really part of the team, but not fully in leadership either.
I spend my life translating, turning leadership goals into team tasks, and team updates into leadership reports. I'm the bridge, but a bridge doesn't belong to either side.
The weirdest part? When things go well, I'm invisible, the team and leadership get the praise. But when things go wrong, suddenly I'm in the spotlight, explaining every failure.
I genuinely love the job, but the isolation is real. Anyone else feel like this, or is it just me? How do you deal with it?
