Many students mentally check out halfway through the session. Some of the core concepts feel so foundational that I end up wondering if I’m just explaining the obvious, or worse, putting them to sleep. I’ve tried switching up the format a bit like adding more real examples, light discussions, and the occasional case study. But even then, it can feel like pulling teeth to get genuine engagement. PM is such a practical, dynamic field in real life, yet in the classroom it sometimes lands like a block of dry toast.
