I'm buried in updates and dashboards. the status updates, client work, and all are piling up
our developer team, design, and operational team are using different tools, so trying to pull data for leadership takes way more time than it should
I wonder if anyone here uses a single system to pull everything together, or manages separate spaces and then manually summarizes each week, or uses any other strategy?
